by the International Chamber of Commerce and may not be
reproduced or copied in any form or by any means-graphic,
electronic, or mechanical, including by photocopying, recording,
taping, or informational retrieval systems unless prior written
permission has been obtained.
Requests for permission to reproduce ICC publications should be made
to the ICC offices listed below. Permission only applies upon receipt of a
countersigned authorization letter from ICC Services outlining our terms
and conditions, plus permissions fees, if applicable.
