All claims regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect titles must be sent to our office within 60 days from the date the order was placed. When calling, be sure to have your order number, date of order or methods of payment. A faxed or emailed copy of your packing slip or invoice will help.
All returned items must be in resalable condition and currently in print. Returns must be made freight prepaid to our offices at 1212 Avenue of the Americas, 18th Floor, New York, NY 10036. If USCIB International Bookstore has shipped books that are damaged or incorrect, we will accept returns at our expense. A return authorization will be given if your request is in order.
